2 small red bell peppers (100g each), cut into 1.5cm squares
2 small green bell peppers (100g each), cut into 1.5cm squares
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (20g)
400g beef, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1 small finger pepper, finely chopped
1 medium mango (300g), sliced

In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat
Cook the onion and garlic, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the onion is soft (about 1 minute)
Add the red bell peppers, green bell peppers, chopped parsley, minced beef, salt, and finger pepper
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through (about 15 minutes)
Add the sliced mango to the beef mixture, being careful not to mix too much
Let it heat for about 1 minute
Transfer to a serving dish, decorate with reserved mango slices cut in half, and serve immediately
