4 breaded mozzarellas (200 g)
1/4 cup of dried tomato (35 g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 pinch of salt
4 mini ciabatta rolls opened at the middle or 8 slices of whole grain bread
To decorate
2 mozzarella slices cut into quarters (100 g)
100 g of dried tomato
2 green onions, chopped
4 breaded mozzarellas (200 g)
1/4 cup of dried tomato (35 g)
1/4 cup of olive oil (60 ml)
1 tablespoon of oregano
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 pinch of salt
4 mini ciabatta rolls opened at the middle or 8 slices of whole grain bread
To decorate

100 g of dried tomato
2 green onions, chopped
Blend all ingredients, except for bread, in a processor until you get a paste
Fill the mini ciabatta rolls or spread the mixture between slices of whole grain bread
Decorate with mozzarella and dried tomato slices and sprinkle with green onion
