3 cups (chopped) of finely shredded cabbage

3 sausages, sliced into rounds

1 Soak the cabbage in hot water with salt for several hours
Drain it and squeeze out excess water. Reserve
2 In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
3 Add the celery stalk and sausage
Sauté for another 3 minutes and add the cabbage
4 Add the vinegar and let it simmer until all the liquid has evaporated
Serve hot or cold.
