In a large bowl, combine the cornmeal, flour, and salt
Add the softened butter in small pieces and mix well
Add the warm water as needed
Mix until the dough is evenly moistened
Form into a ball
Place on a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes or until the dough no longer sticks to your hands
Divide into two equal portions
Let rest for 20 minutes at room temperature
Shape each portion into a roll about 2 cm thick
Cut each roll into 3 cm pieces and form into balls
Open each ball into a circle about 13 cm in diameter
Fry for 1 minute on each side in a hot skillet, without greasing
Serve 15 crepes.
