1 envelope of chicken broth dissolved
500g of chicken breast
4 medium onions
3 tomatoes
4 medium early potatoes
2 green peppers
2 red bell peppers
1/4 cup (chopped) of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and Calabrian pepper to taste
1/2 cup (chopped) of chopped fresh parsley
1 envelope of chicken broth dissolved

Cook the chicken in broth until it's tender
Drain and reserve
Shred into large strips
Chop the onion, tomato, potato, and bell pepper into rings
In a refrigerator, layer each ingredient: onion, tomato, potato, bell pepper, and chicken
Season with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley
Repeat seasoning until all ingredients are used
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 minutes
If necessary, baste with the cooking liquid from the chicken breast.
