Cut the duck into pieces, or ask your butcher to do it for you
You'll only use the breast (cut into four) and thighs
Use the rest of the parts for a stew
Put all the ingredients in a 4-liter or larger pressure cooker
If it has a metal strainer, place the strainer in the pot and then the ingredients
Close the lid, and when steam starts coming out of the valve, cook for exactly 33 minutes
Cool immediately and open the lid if the meat is still slightly firm; close again and cook for an additional 5 minutes
To cook in a regular pot, it will take about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
