1 cup dried apricots

1 pork loin, about 1-2 kg

Preheat the oven
Cook the apricots in white wine for 3 minutes
Cut the pork loin into thick slices, without separating them yet
Place 1 or 2 apricots on each slice
Put the slices onto a greased baking dish
Cover with some butter pats
While the pork is roasting
Cook the corn syrup, orange zest, juice, soy sauce, and chili pepper sauce for about 5 minutes
Brush the mixture over the pork during its last 30 minutes of roasting in the oven
Serve hot, about 6-8 servings.
