Beat the eggs with salt, separating out some egg white beforehand
Add the flour and continue beating until a uniform mass forms
Grease a skillet with olive oil, let it heat up, and pour in enough batter to form a thick pancake
Let it cool down
Grate the carrot and add it to the ground beef, chop the onion, and mix everything together
Add the ham, paprika, and salt; spread this mixture over the pancake and roll it up
Tuck the ends with the reserved egg white; let it dry a bit
Fry the pancake in a large skillet greased with olive oil until golden brown
