1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a bowl, mix the yeast and sugar
Add the milk, salt, eggs, melted butter, and all-purpose flour
Mix until smooth
2 Work the dough until it is homogeneous and easy to handle
Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes
'Filling'
1 In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion
Add the tomato, sausage, salt, pepper, and parsley
Cook for 5 minutes
Let it cool down
2 Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, forming a rectangle
Distribute the mozzarella cheese and spread the filling
Roll up like a sausage roll and press the sides gently
3 Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with flour
Let it rest for another 15 minutes
Poke the egg and put the sausage roll in the oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
