Pan-fry the bacon and garlic in olive oil for about 3 minutes
Fry in the pan the lentils and smoked bacon
Cook for about 5 minutes
Add rosemary and water, and bring to a boil
Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the lentils are tender and the sauce is thick
If necessary, add more water
Serve with olive oil if desired
