Soak the beef in vinegar water
Change the water a few times and simmer the beef
Remove the skin and fat, then cut it into small pieces
Set aside
Sauté the onion, garlic, and hot pepper in butter, and then add the beef, covering the pan as needed
When the beef is almost cooked to your liking, add the abobora and let it cook until the sauce thickens to your taste
Kibbeh pairs well with white rice and lettuce salad
