Mix the salt and boiling water in a saucepan
Add the butter or margarine
Allow to boil, then reduce heat
Remove from heat and add all the flour at once, stirring vigorously until the dough detaches from the sides of the saucepan
Let cool slightly
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until the mixture is smooth
The mixture is thick
Allow the dough to fall into spoonfuls (tablespoons) onto a greased baking sheet
Bake in a hot oven for 15-18 minutes
Let cool
Mold into 80 fritters or bites
