Dough
1/2 kg of wheat flour
1 sachet of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 cup of water
1 egg
3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
Olive oil to taste
Topping
1 cup of tomato sauce
200 g of mozzarella cheese, sliced
150 g of ham, diced
Parsley and olives to taste
Dough

Place the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center, and add the yeast, sugar, egg, olive oil, salt, and water
Mix well
Add more water as needed until the dough comes together and can be shaped
Divide the dough into six parts and let it rest for an hour
Roll out each part of the dough into a thin circle
Brush the bottom of a pizza pan with olive oil and add the pizza
Spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, ham, and olives evenly
Sprinkle with parsley
Cover the pan and cook for 7 minutes
Turn off the heat and let it rest until the pressure is released
Serve immediately, drizzled with a little olive oil.
