Saute the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent
Add the rice and toast until it becomes transparent
Dissolve the beef bouillon cubes in boiling water, cover the pot, and simmer over low heat
Once cooked, mix in the grated Parmesan cheese and arrange on a platter with the skewers on top.
