Dough
1 cup of oil
2 cups of milk
3 cups of wheat flour
4 spoons of grated Parmesan cheese
1 spoon of active dry yeast
1 spoon of salt
4 eggs
Filling
2 cups of shredded cooked chicken or turkey
1 can of peeled and chopped tomato
Salt to taste

Dough
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
In a blender, mix all ingredients (start with liquids) until smooth
Set aside
Filling
In a bowl, mix chicken with tomato and season with salt
Place half of the dough in an oiled baking dish and spread the filling evenly
Cover with the remaining dough and bake until golden brown
Serve hot or at room temperature.
