Directions

Combine the milk and rice in a saucepan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a simmer

Reduce heat and let it cook slowly, stirring every now and then, until the rice is tender

Melt the gelatin in the lime juice with a little water over low heat; add to the rice

Remove from heat and stir in the eggs

Stir over an ice-filled bowl until the mixture is well chilled

Add the whipped cream carefully, the strawberries, and finally the whipped cream and adjust
