In a blender, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form (approximately 2 minutes)
Add the yolks and beat until doubled in volume (about 5 minutes)
Add the remaining ingredients and mix
Pour into the baking dish
Bake in a preheated oven until firm (about 30 minutes)
Let cool
Turn onto a clean cloth
Remove parchment paper
With the help of the cloth, roll the dough by the smaller side
Carefully place it on a serving plate
Let it cool completely, cut into slices and serve
