Beat the whites until stiff but not too dry, and set aside
Beat the yolks until smooth and pale in color
Combine the yolks with the egg whites, mix gently and gradually add the flour and chocolate powder, using a sieve to help
Mix carefully until a homogeneous mass forms
Add the sweetener and mix
Place the mass in an 38 x 26 cm baking dish greased and lined with parchment paper
Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 20 minutes, or until firm to the touch and clean when tested with a toothpick
While the cake is baking, prepare the filling according to the package instructions
Unmold the roll still warm over a clean cloth, carefully remove the parchment paper, spread the filling on top and roll up using a clean cloth
Serve in 20 slices.
