Beat the egg whites, add in the yolks and while still beating, incorporate the sugar, flour, coconut, butter, and feta cheese
Place into a 41 x 27cm greased baking dish
Bake for an hour
Unmold onto a powdered sugar-dusted cloth
Fill to taste and roll.
