Place the pork in a bowl and combine with an egg, salt, pepper, cake flour, and butter
Mix well until a homogeneous mass forms
Spread the pork mixture over plastic wrap and arrange the carrot strips, hard-boiled egg, and chopped bacon on top
Roll up the mixture like a rocambole and transfer it to a greased baking dish
Baste with the remaining beaten egg and bake in a medium preheated oven until the surface is golden brown.
