400 g smoked turkey breast, ground
1 tablespoon of English Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup toasted and chopped pecans (50 g)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion (40 g)
6 black olives, pit removed (60 g), finely chopped
1/2 cup ricotta cheese (100 g) passed through a sieve
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 slices of white bread (80 g) torn into crumbs
Oil for greasing

Oil for greasing
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well with your hands until you get a homogeneous mixture
Divide into four portions
Grease one surface with oil
Using an 8 cm diameter cookie cutter or shaping with your hands, form a burger patty from each of the portions
Set aside on the greased surface
Heat a large skillet or frying pan over high heat
Grease it with oil and reduce the heat to medium
Fry two burgers at a time until they are golden brown (approximately 2 minutes per side)
Arrange them on a platter and serve immediately
Serve 6-8 people, approximately 341 calories per serving.
