6 thin slices of pork loin

150g dried black plum
1 apple, cored and grated
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon chopped hazelnut
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 liter beef broth
1 tablespoon English Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Pound the pork loin slices
Chop the plums
Core and grate the apple, then chop it coarsely
Add lemon juice, hazelnuts, and honey to the mixture
Season with salt and black pepper
Also season the meat with salt and black pepper
Place the filling on the pork loin slices and roll them up
Secure each roll with a toothpick and brown them in hot olive oil
Add the beef broth
Cover the pot and simmer until the meat is tender, then remove the rolls from the broth
Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add it to the broth with Worcestershire sauce, stirring well until thickened
Serve the rolls with this sauce
