Mix the olive oil and yogurt in a bowl
Grate the cheese into the same bowl
Add the salt and mix well
Add the baking soda and mix again

Grease a mold with olive oil
Form 16 small fritters, about 2 cm thick, using the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes
