Cream Filling
1 cup whole milk
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 cup confectioner's sugar
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
Rolls
7 disks, 15 cm in diameter, of pre-made pastry dough for pastries

1 Mix all the cream filling ingredients together
Heat it over low heat in a pan and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened
2 Remove from heat and let cool, stirring occasionally
Place 2 tablespoons of cream filling on each pastry disk
Fold both sides to the middle, overlapping them
Close well
3 Heat the frying oil in a skillet and fry one roll at a time
Dust with confectioner's sugar and serve immediately.
