Chop all the vegetables and mushrooms into julienne strips
Season with salt and pepper
Pan-fry them lightly in olive oil until they're crispy
Cut the noodle dough into 7 cm wide strips and roll them around the vegetable mixture to form rolls
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for five minutes or until golden brown
Serve in one shot cups with sweet and sour sauce at the bottom.
