4 small bananas
2 tablespoons of lime juice
4 slices of pork loin (total 750g)
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 tablespoons of tomato extract
salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 cup of beef broth
2 tablespoons of sweet paprika

Peel the bananas, poke them with a fork, and brush with lime juice
Place the pork loin slices side by side and brush with the mixture of mustard, tomato extract, salt, and black pepper
Add a slice of bacon to each one and sprinkle parsley
Place a banana in the center of each slice, parallel to its length
Form rolls, secure them with toothpicks or skewers
Heat olive oil, fry the rolls, and add beef broth
Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for 30-35 minutes
If the liquid evaporates too much during cooking, add more hot water or beef broth
Season the sauce with sweet paprika if needed
Serve with mashed potatoes or rice
