Cook the cabbage just until it's slightly tender
Mix the beef, rice, salt, and pepper
Place 1 tablespoon of this mixture on each cabbage leaf, roll up tightly, and secure with a toothpick
Place in a Dutch oven
Cover with a layer of cabbage leaves and onion
Add lemon juice to taste and tomato sauce
Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 1 hour.
