Use a meat tenderizer to pound the chicken pieces into thin slices
Mix together the green onion, garlic, and salt and season the chicken pieces
Stuff each piece with cheese, carrot, and tomato
Roll up and secure with a skewer. Reserve

Place the butter in a microwave-safe dish and heat in medium power for 5 minutes or until melted
Arrange the rolls in that dish and bake at high power for 10 minutes

Flip the rolls and bake for another 5 minutes
Remove from oven, remove skewers and dust with paprika
Serve with the sauce that has formed
