Cut the fillets into 2cm-wide strips, then cut each strip into 2cm pieces
Place in a glass bowl
Add lime juice and stir until all fish pieces are coated
Let it sit for 3 to 6 hours in the refrigerator (the longer, the better)

Cut fruits into chunks in a large bowl, allowing juices to drain into the bowl

Drain the fish under cold running water
