Grind or blend the fried fish without bones or skin, the grated cheese, pickles, onion, and garlic in a mixture with melted butter
Blend all ingredients until you get a uniform paste
Add the tomato extract and mix well
Heat it over low heat and stir with a wooden spoon
Add a little more butter and cook until the mixture starts to release from the sides of the pan
Let it cool and store in the refrigerator in a container with a lid
Serve with crackers.
