Season the ground beef with the onion soup
Mix well
Stretch this mixture over a plastic wrap forming a rectangle
Cover the meat with prosciutto and spread mozzarella cheese
Arrange the eggs on top of the cheese and roll up like a roulade
Close the ends to prevent the filling from escaping
Wrap the roulade in aluminum foil and bake in a medium oven for 45 minutes approximately
Unwrap the roulade, cut it, and arrange the slices in a refrigerator
Cover with tomato and parsley sauce and return to the oven for five minutes.
