Leave the cod to soak for 12 hours, changing the water three times
After draining, place the cod in a prepared baking dish
The potatoes and onions, peeled and cut into cubes, should be arranged on either side of the dish - potatoes on one side and onions on the other
Sprinkle the parsley, rosemary, chili pepper, and chopped garlic over the top
Then, drizzle with sweet paprika dissolved in a little water, completing it with olive oil to cover the cod
To decorate, use onion rings and olives
Bake for 40 minutes
Serve hot.
