1- On a smooth surface, make a mound with the flour
Create a cavity in the center and place the eggs and salt
2 - Mix the eggs with the flour and knead well with your hands until you form a uniform dough
Let it rest for 30 minutes
3 - Cut the dough into pieces and roll it out to preference using a pasta machine or a rolling pin
You can also use a macaroni ricer to perform this task
4 - Roll out the dough into rectangular shapes of 20cm x 40cm and place it on a plastic wrap
Spread your chosen filling and roll the dough like a croissant
5 - Wrap the dough tightly as a large ball and place it in a pot with boiling water
Cook for five minutes
Remove from heat, let cool, and cut into medium slices.
