1 1.5 kg chicken breast
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 envelope green pea cream soup mix
1 can of peas
1 chopped onion
seasoned with salt, garlic, and pepper to taste
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley and chives
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
bay leaf
to taste
1 1.5 kg chicken breast

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces
Season with salt, garlic, and pepper to taste
Pan-fry in hot oil until golden brown
Combine 1/2 liter of water, onion, sausage, chives, bay leaf, and green pepper
Bring to a boil and let cook until the flavors meld together
Dissolve the soup mix according to package instructions and combine with chicken, cheese, and peas
Let simmer for a few minutes
Serve with rice
Note: Use little salt to season the chicken as the soup and cheese are already salty
