In a saucepan, combine the chopped chocolate, heavy cream, and butter
Heat over low heat in a water bath, stirring until the chocolate is melted
Remove from the water bath, add vanilla extract, honey, and rice flour
Mix well
Spread the resulting mixture onto parchment paper, roll with the aid of the paper, and refrigerate for 6 hours
Serve cut into thick slices.
