1 liter of light vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 cups of low-fat cream cheese
1 cup of goiaba or damson jam (optional)
1 liter of light vanilla ice cream
1 3/4 cups of low-fat cream cheese
1 cup of goiaba or damson jam (optional)
Let the ice cream and cream cheese sit at room temperature to soften slightly
Combine them in a blender and blend until smooth (or mix with a spoon)
Place it in the freezer to set
Serve two scoops with 1 tablespoon of melted goiaba or damson jam (microwaved or in a double boiler)
