Wash the potatoes well and shape them into small balls
Cook them in salted water until they are tender, then set aside
Clean and wash the beef thoroughly
Prepare a bouquet garni with garlic, rosemary, salt, black pepper, and white wine
Place the beef in that seasoning and let it rest for three hours
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Remove the beef from the seasoning and place it in the hot oil
Let it brown well on all sides, then add the bouquet garni and 1 tablespoon of boiling water
Simmer for five more minutes and serve with the mashed potatoes.
