In the evening, soak the black beans and beef in water, separately, in different containers
On the day of preparation, cover the beef with water and let it simmer
Drain and repeat the process two more times to remove excess salt
Combine the black beans, meats, and 7 cups of water in a pressure cooker and cook for 40 minutes
Blend, slowly, in a blender, the black beans with broth, all seasonings, and meats
Return it to the pot and add the beef broth tablet and remaining water
Cook on high heat with the pot uncovered until the broth becomes thick enough
Add salt and pepper
Let it simmer for another 5 minutes and serve.
