One-quarter cup of washed and drained Pickles

Baste the meat with oil
Heat a well-oiled grill plate over medium heat
Rotate the Mignon Fillet to get an even sear on both sides
Slice the meat into thin strips and arrange it on a platter
Prepare the sauce: Blend the Tuna, Mayonnaise, and White Wine in a blender
Season with Salt
Place the sauce over the meat and sprinkle Pickles on top
Bake at 15 minutes per serving.
