5 cups of wheat flour
11/2 cup of cooked and mashed cassava (300g)

1 teaspoon of salt

1 tablet of active dry yeast (15g)

Mess
Dissolve the yeast in milk, add one cup of flour and mix
Cover and let it rise
In a mixer, beat the eggs with sugar
Add the butter, salt, and cinnamon, then the cassava and yeast mixture, beating well
Add the remaining flour gradually, mixing with your fingertips until bubbles form in the dough
Mold into a ball, cover, and let it rise again
Grease the baking pan with butter
Divide the dough into three parts and shape into three rolls
Form a braid with the rolls
Place it in the prepared baking pan, cover, and let it rise again
Heat the oven to high temperature
Brush the ring with egg yolk and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Cake topping
Boil the sugar and milk over low heat until smooth
Spread over the warm ring
Let it cool and serve.
