2 ripe bananas

Mash the bananas with a fork
Combine soy flour and wheat flour, mixing well
Add 1/2 cup cornstarch and melted butter, mixing until smooth
Add yeast, salt, and mix until a homogeneous mass forms
Shape into 10 fritters and reserve
Heat oil in a skillet
Fry the fritters, flipping to golden brown on both sides
Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels
Mix cinnamon with remaining cornstarch and coat warm fritters
Serve immediately.
