4 cups (chay) of water
150 g of sago
3 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 cups (chay) of grape juice
1 green stem with rind chopped
2 slices of papaya diced

In a pot, place the water and, when boiling, add the sago
Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it becomes transparent
Add cornstarch and grape juice
Mix well and turn off the heat
Add chopped green stem and papaya and mix
Transfer to a bowl, let cool, and refrigerate
Decorate with fruits.
