1 cup of chocolate in pieces
500g of chocolate ice cream
200g of cream ice cream
1 cup of chocolate in pieces
500g of chocolate ice cream
200g of cream ice cream
Use a melon baller to make balls of cream ice cream
Dip them in chocolate, place on a baking sheet and put in the freezer as you're finishing up so they can set well
Use an ice cream scoop to remove balls of chocolate ice cream and press a ball of cream ice cream in the middle, covering it with chocolate ice cream
Dip again in chocolate and freeze until serving time.
