Juice from 10 oranges
3 slices of pineapple in cubes
3 bananas in slices
2 passionfruits in cubes
1 cup (chalice) of water
1 and 1/2 cups (chalice) of sugar
4 orange zest strips to taste
10 sheets of colorless gelatin (available at supermarkets)

Make a syrup: boil for 5 minutes the water, sugar, and orange zest strips. Reserve
Hydrate the gelatin according to the manufacturer's instructions and combine with warm syrup
Stir well until incorporated
Let it cool and add the orange juice
Mix delicately and pass through a fine sieve
Arrange the fruits in a mold and pour the syrup with the gelatin
Leave to chill for at least 4 hours.
