1 cup of heavy cream

Beat the egg whites with salt until they form a peak in the mixer bowl, then set aside
Add the honey and beat well
In another bowl, wash the mixer blades thoroughly and beat the heavy cream to a whipped consistency
Add the whipped cream (be careful not to let it become too stiff) and mix well
Place the mixture in the freezer tray and freeze until firm.
