In a bowl, let the jelly soak in 4 cups of water (960 ml) for about an hour
Reserve 1 cup of that water and strain the rest
In a large saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil (including the reserved water) until it thickens
Reduce heat and cook, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until the jelly becomes transparent and soft (about 25 minutes)
Transfer to a glass mold, let it cool, and cover with cling film stuck to the jelly to prevent forming skin
Chill in the refrigerator and serve with whipped cream balls
