For the tomato ring
15 white gelatin sheets without flavor
5 cups of tomato puree

1 bunch of lettuce
1/2 cucumber (left over from breakfast)
250g of tomatoes
1 can of tuna
2 hard-boiled eggs
2 onions
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of vinegar
3 tablespoons of water

Soak the gelatin in a little water
Melt it in a bain-marie
Mix with tomato puree and season to taste with salt and pepper
Place it in a mold with a hole in the middle
Refrigerate until firm
For the salad, chop the lettuce and sweet herb
Slice the tomatoes into rounds
Drain the tuna well and flake it
Peel the onions and eggs
Cut into rounds
Place everything in a bowl
Mix the olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, pepper, and egg white
Pour over the salad and mix well
Unmold the tomato gelatin ring onto a flat plate and place the salad in the middle and around it
