10 radishes, well washed and sliced into thin rounds

Peel the mangoes, scrape the carrots coarsely, and slice the radishes into thin rounds
Combine in a bowl with the onion and parsley
Season with salt and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice
Mix well and adjust seasoning as needed
