Cut the pineapple into cubes
Remove the tomato seeds and cut into cubes
In a bowl, mix together the pineapple, tomato, kale, and parsley
Season with salt, olive oil, and lemon
Set aside
In another bowl, place the dried coalhada and season with hot pepper sauce
Distribute the salad in cups
Place 1 tablespoon of coalhada on top of each cup
