2 oranges or tangerines, peeled and segmented
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 grated carrot
1 cucumber, sliced
For the dressing
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup natural yogurt
2 green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt to taste

Cut the oranges in half and remove the pulp, reserving it for later, forming four cups with the peel
Mix the kiwi with lemon juice
Fill the orange cups with their own pulp, along with some kiwi, carrot, and cucumber (reserve a little of each ingredient for decoration)
Decorate with kiwi slices, cucumber, and a tuft of grated carrot in the center
Mix all dressing ingredients and spoon over the oranges
